Frequently asked questions
Where is my order and why is it currently taking longer
Most of my orders are posted large letter to keep postal costs down. That's why for small items like jewellery, I can often ship for free. However, large letter does not include tracking, so if you ask once it leaves me, I won't be able to let you know exactly where it's at in the shipping process.
For tracked item now we are in the middle of a pandemic and Aust Post continue to up-date their policies, due to flight restrictions in and out of countries (international post), tracked items will also take longer. I've never been in a pandemic before, so please be patient. As for domestic orders, some are taking up to a fortnight or more even to be posted within my own city. Thanks
